Cancellation Policy

There is a 25% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment . Clients will be given a 15-minute grace period. Beyond that time, clients will be charged 25% of the total price. After 30 minutes, the appointment will be cancelled and clients will be charged full amount. Kindly communicate with your stylist.
